Maui Tacos is a fast-casual Mexican restaurant developed by renowned Pacific Rim Chef Mark Ellman. The first location debuted in Napili Bay in 1993, and the company has grown steadily since then. The ″Maui-Mex″ cuisine featured on the menu was created by fusing the robust flavors of Mexico with the exotic flavors of Hawaii to create a unique culinary experience.
